INSIDE FLOW YOGA TEACHER TRAINING WAIVER AGREEMENT
I understand that yoga requires and includes physical movements. I realize that yoga also provides relaxation, stress relief, stress education, and awareness. As with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If I experience any pain or discomfort, I will notify the instructor, adjust my posture, and listen to my body. I will not push my body too far and will ask for support from the teacher if needed.
Yoga is not a substitute for medical care or diagnosis. Yoga can work well in conjunction with traditional medical care. I will practice yoga only after discussing it with my doctor and gaining their approval. I affirm that I alone am responsible for deciding whether to practice yoga. I hereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that I have now or hereafter may have against the instructors or organizers of the Inside Flow Teacher Training event or Inside Flow UG.
I agree to the following:
I am participating in the Inside Flow Teacher Training event, where I will receive information and instruction about yoga.
I understand that yoga requires physical exertion which may be strenuous and may cause physical injury. I am fully aware of the risks involved.
I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and in reference to my participation in the Inside Flow Teacher Training event.
I warrant and represent that I am physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent my full participation in yoga.
In consideration of participating in yoga, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injury, or damages, which I might incur as a result of participating in yoga.
I knowingly and voluntarily waive any claim I might have against the instructors and organizers of the Inside Flow Teacher Training event or Inside Flow UG for injury or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in this program.
I, my heirs, or legal representatives forever release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the instructors and organizers of the Inside Flow Teacher Training event or Inside Flow UG for any injury or death caused by their negligence or other acts.
No Liability for Possessions:
The accommodations will not be left empty and unlocked at any time, and I will be given my own personal key to my room. It is my responsibility to ensure that my possessions are kept safe at all times. This includes hired cars or other hired equipment.
Complaints: If I have a problem during my retreat, I will inform the organizer immediately and they will endeavor to put things right. I understand that the instructors, organizers and Inside Flow UG cannot be responsible for the individual behavior of any group member or other guest sharing my accommodation.
Privacy Policy: The instructors, organizers, and Inside Flow UG do not share customer details with any third parties. Any personal information that I provide will be used only for the service requested. This information is used only for the administration of the site system and in the compilation of statistics used by the organizers to assess the use of the site. This privacy policy does not cover links within this site linking to other sites.
Photography: I, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby irrevocably authorize the instructors and organizers of the Inside Flow Teacher Training event and Inside Flow UG to use photographs of me and/or my property and authorize them and their assignees, licensees, legal representatives, and transferees to use and publish (with or without my name) photographs, pictures, portraits, or images in any and all forms and media and in all manners including composite images or distorted representations, and the purposes of publicity, illustration, commercial art, advertising, publishing (including publishing in electronic form on CDs or internet websites), for any product or services, or other lawful uses as may be determined by the instructors, organizers or Inside Flow UG. I further waive any and all rights to review or approve any uses of the images, any written copy or finished product. I am of full legal age and have read and fully understand the terms of this release.
Acknowledgment and Agreement
I, the undersigned, have read and understood the terms and conditions of this waiver form. By signing below, I agree to abide by all the rules and regulations set forth and acknowledge that I am participating at my own risk.

If a participant has purchased a ticket to Inside Flow Teacher raining, no refunds will be offered for any reason once the ticket has been purchased.

If for any reason Company must cancel or reschedule Event due to illness, weather, or any other reason, including but not limited to restrictions, mandates, or other changes due to COVID-19, Company will provide all participants with as much notice as possible, as well as the rescheduled date, if known. If Participant may not attend on the newly scheduled date, Participant will be offered a credit to attend the next in-person event within 12 month time frame hosted by Company; no monetary refund will be offered.
